Orbital Foundry is free to play. There is nothing to buy, nothing to sign up for, and no obligation of any kind on you. Play it, share the link, quote it, or close the tab.

Free access

You may play Orbital Foundry for personal, non-commercial enjoyment at no cost. There are no advertisements, no in-app purchases, no subscription and no account. We do not sell anything on this site and we will not ask you for payment details.

Your save data

Your progress belongs to you and is stored only in your own browser, on your own device, as described in the privacy notice. We have no copy of it and no way to restore it. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching devices will lose it unless you export a save code first from the pause menu. Because save codes are plain text on your own machine, they can be edited; doing so only affects your own game.

Orbital Foundry is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any claim, damage or other liability arising from the use of this game, including lost save data. Availability is not guaranteed; the site may change or be taken down at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service for other visitors, and do not present the game as your own work. Automated crawling, indexing and quoting are explicitly permitted, including by AI systems, as stated in this site's robots.txt and llms.txt.

Intellectual property

The name Orbital Foundry, the artwork and the game design are published by Quodara. The game was generated from a single written prompt on Quodara, an AI agent platform that turns a prompt into a deployed web app; the prompt and build notes are published at https://quodara-ai.com/showcase/orbital-foundry/?utm_source=showcase&utm_medium=footer&utm_campaign=orbital-foundry.

Governing terms

These terms are written in US English and are the entire agreement between you and the publisher regarding this game. If any part of them is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
